Cute glasses! I’m excited to vote tomorrow with my two sons. It’s going to be WILD…
History being made tom.!
Oh, my commenting is working now:)
Love it!!! My girlfriends and I are going to put the kiddos to bed and pop a bottle of wine while we watch the returns. Go Obama!!!
This was the easiest post possible, yet you get your message out loud and clear. Pictures do speak 1000 words. Cannot WAIT till tomorrow is over!! Yay Obama!!!
I’m in Baltimore for biz. Already voted Obama absentee. If he doesn’t win I’m moving to Australia so let’s make it happen cuz I really like the US too!
i wish i could!
Ahh…yes..finally the day for change has come….
Done. I was out the other day and a Mom had a pink tshirt that said Obama Mama.
oh kelcey you are soooo much cuter in your visor.
we’re going at 9am. i’m bringing my girl to the polls with me, it’s important for her to witness and she has no school today.
you are TOO cute in those glasses…i’m ready to breathe again, please.
You Democrats are always bossing people around!
I voted!!! Waited 50 mins.in line and I was there at 6:00 AM!! What a historical moment! Go Obama!!
VERY cool post. I’m just leaving for the polls.
Great post!! I’m so, so, nervous. I don’t know how I’m going to make it until 8 pm moutain time.
it’s finally here! i’m on way to vote right now!!!
Can you believe this day is already here?
Change is coming!
And I’m so jealous of your glasses!
SO EXCITED! GO OBAMA!!!
Can you see anything out of those glasses my friend? You are too funny.
I did. Hand me my Starbucks now, please.
I voted and I am working from home so Nikki (our nanny) can go vote too!
OMG, is it all over yet? I can’t handle this suspense!!!
I dragged my boys out of bed at 6:30 this morning (the one day they actually sleep past 6:00!!) to vote with me before the lines got long, and I had my 3-year old Landon stand on a chair to see the touch-screen. There was some bickering over who got to push the red “cast ballot” button, so they did it together. There will be very little productivity for me today at work!
I vote by mail but this year wanted to get my “I Voted” sticker so I dropped my ballot off at the polls this morning which is located ridiculously convenient to my home. I got chills after handing it over and then had a tearful moment when I drove away. Call it a hormonal imbalance, I call it being an American.
Tully’s Mama…i had the same reaction when I dropped my ballot off. The tears just started to flow. I told my husband it was hormones but I agree with you….it’s called being an American!
LOVE IT – LOVE IT – LOVE IT!
We both did. Go Obama!!!!! we are so excited and feel sure this is going to be a wonderful change for our country and the entire world.
voted this morn and can’t wait to hear the results start rolling in!
What a great feeling…baby K and I just got back from voting!!! Go Obama!!!!!
So, I got home tonight after working the polls and Maggie (3) announced that she was emailing her boyfriend and her girlfriend about her new husband, Barack Obama. And she told them about Obama Mama. She told them. At school.
Maggie is clearly on the political addiction path like Kelcey…after going with me this morning to vote, she would not give me my “I voted” sticker. She insisted, “Well, I went with you to vote, so I should have it.” Sometimes logic coming from a 3 year old is annoying. Except that I’m thrilled that she knows all the candidates and she’s chosen Barack as her new husband.
Love the glasses! As Julia would say “So stylish!”
I am currently watching 2 different tv channels and scanning about 5 sites. Is this really going to happen??!!!
i really need to find some positive things about the new liberal president. im not being sassy either. i really have to know there are a few good things this man will do. i can’t wake up every morning for the next four years sad and broken hearted. what makes you so excited about him? what makes you convinced he is a good man?
Change is HERE!!!! YAY!!!
We did it Kelcey! we REALLY did it.
be proud!!! i know i am!
“Change has come to America”
You\\\’re right, Mr. Obama. You are my President. You have not won my support yet. I do hope you hear my voice. I do hope you heal the divides of this nation as you have promised. I am not convinced. I hope you are right, girls. I hope that the people in the blue states knew what they were doing. Please, someone convince me that this is a change for the better. It is over and I have no choice but to accept this and move on. Tonight, as I lay in bed, I will pray to my God for strength and the ability to accept the change that this nation has elected for us.
Incredible!!! Words can’t begin to describe how I am feeling right now. I have so much hope for this country and for the man elected to lead us. This is amazing!!!
We did, baby! We damn sure did.
-There are positive things about everyone. Usually, we can find those pluses when we’re really looking. For one thing, look at his gatherings – they are much more diverse (old/young; white/black; etc.) than any other political figure. Unifying people must count as one positive…
-Since you mentioned that you’ll be praying tonight….just remember that God is in control of everything or nothing. He allowed Obama to become our President elect. Ultimately though, God is commander in chief of the UNIVERSE, so please try not to worry too much.
In any event, I really do believe that this administration will do more to unite us (we’re all REAL Americans) than divide us.
Congrats to Obama supporters!
(and please try not to worry…everything is going to be alright to the McCain supporters)
YAYYYYYY!!!! He won, and I found out 10 minutes after muy poll closed. Sooooo Exciting!!
YAY! He won! (I bet it was those glasses…!)
Still weepy with joy! Love the googles!
