I love Chicago in the summer (vs the winter when the wind chill makes it impossible to window shop) when everyone shows off their finest attire. If you really want to see the best in fashion, skip Michigan Ave and head to the train station. You will find beautiful dresses and sneakers. No one wants to huff it to work in wedges!
